Being able to be translated by “comparative study”, the benchmark is the study of a product or a service compared to the leaders of the market. It is a true process of competition analysis, the main purpose of which is to be able to increase the performance of the company.

BIG DATA

 

This refers to massive sets of data that companies have to deal with but that remain difficult to work because of the volume of information they represent. They are composed of indicators, trends, customer knowledge, statements or communications.

BUSINESS PLAN

 

The business plan is the roadmap for a project, helping to solicit external funding. It is used to build the project, to verify its relevance and economic feasibility.

FEASIBILITY STUDY

 

The feasibility study aims to analyze the economic, organizational and technical inputs needed for a project.
