Establishment of an economic Observatory for conventional dairy farms (producers) located in the Rhône-Alpes region

• Assessment of the economic parameters for specialized dairy farms in the Rhône-Alpes region. This assessment is on the based on the analysis accounting data and from other indicators given by cerfrance with an in depth analysis of the break even point including critical prices and production costs.
• Analysis based on our expertise in regard to these indicators for a better understanding of margins for each of  the companies involved in this process and detailing production data for a presentation for the economic Commission committee.
